This is AgileFever telling its own story. The facts and figures come from our About page.
Anyone who has sat through a certification course knows the gap: you can pass the exam and still not know how to do the job. AgileFever was built on the conviction that training should be designed around outcomes rather than credentials alone, first for agile teams and now for AI.
Where AgileFever started
Sharath Siripuram, our founder, spent more than 15 years as a digital transformation consultant at Fortune 500 companies. In 2015 he became an agile coach and trainer, working with KanbanUSA and other global organizations.
In September 2019 he founded AgileFever in Frisco, Texas, around a simple idea: training should be judged by what people can do afterward, more than by the certificate they leave with.

From agile to AI
AgileFever began as an agile training company, and we still run Kanban, SAFe, and project management certifications. Today our focus is AI: preparing working professionals for real roles in AI, and helping enterprise teams get AI into production.
So we built AI programs the way we’d built our agile ones: around the job, not the exam. That’s why our AI catalog is organized two ways. Bootcamps, like GenAI and Agentic AI, MLOps, and the AI Forward Deployed Engineer program, are for people moving into AI roles. Short role-based courses are for people who’ll keep their job and use AI in it, from business leaders and architects to product owners, project managers, DevOps, and QA engineers.

What we try to hold ourselves to
Our stated values are standards-driven delivery, real-world relevance, integrity and transparency, and continuous updating of our curriculum. In practice, the one we think matters most to learners is transparency: saying clearly what a program requires and what it won’t do for you. That’s why our program guides include a “who should choose something else” section, and why we don’t promise jobs.
