Payments, Refunds & Cancellations

Payments

All purchases must be paid in full at the time of enrollment unless otherwise stated.

Invoice & Tax

Prices may vary based on region and may include applicable taxes.

Refunds

Refunds—where applicable—follow the refund policy listed on the course landing page or checkout page at the time of purchase.

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Partial attendance,
  • Failure to join a session,
  • Change of mind after access to course content has been provided,
  • No-shows for live classes.

Refund policy details:

  • 15 or more business days before class: 100% full tuition refund.
  • 8-15 business days before class: Partial refund or credits may apply.

Rescheduling

AgileFever may reschedule or change instructors due to operational needs, emergencies, or low registrations.

  • Access duration varies by course and will be mentioned at enrollment.
  • Sharing login information or distributing course content is strictly prohibited.
  • Course access may include live sessions, recordings, assignments, and downloadable resources depending on the specific offering.

AgileFever may update or improve content as technologies evolve.

Intellectual Property

All course materials, trademarks, designs, logos, videos, and learning assets are the exclusive property of AgileFever.

You receive a limited, non-transferable, non-commercial license to use the materials solely for personal learning.

Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

However, career outcomes depend on individual capability, effort, experience, and market conditions. AgileFever does not offer employment guarantees or placement commitments.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • AgileFever is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • AgileFever does not accept responsibility for losses arising from:
    • Internet/service interruptions,
    • User errors,
    • Third-party integrations,
    • Market changes affecting job outcomes.

AgileFever’s total liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service.

AgileFever may update these Terms periodically. Any major changes will be posted on the website with the updated effective date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of new Terms.
