This post describes AgileFever’s own programs. Everything below comes from the published capstone and assessment requirements on our program pages, so you can check it there.
Most of our programs don’t end with a written exam. They end with something you build or present, such as AI bootcamp capstone projects and final presentations. That’s a deliberate choice: a working system you can explain says more about what you can do than a multiple-choice score. Here’s what each program asks you to show at the end, and what that tells an employer.
AI bootcamp capstone projects: what each program ends with
| Program | Final assessment | What it proves |
|---|---|---|
| GenAI and Agentic AI BootCamp | 2 capstones built live, chosen from 8 business scenarios, with 6 more briefs on GitHub. No exam | You can build agentic systems around real business processes |
| AI Forward Deployed Engineer BootCamp | 5 capstones built live, each framed as deploying a system at a client, such as claims processing at an insurer. No exam | You can build AI and also get it adopted inside a client’s business |
| MLOps BootCamp | A fraud detection or product recommendation system, built end to end on Google Cloud. No exam | You can run the full ML lifecycle in production |
| AI and ML BootCamp | Face mask detection or customer churn prediction, plus multiple-choice questions and projects | You can take a model from raw data to a working result |
| Data Engineer BootCamp | A production data platform: ingestion, transformation, warehouse, streaming, and CI/CD, plus a final assessment | You can build how data flows through a company |
| Multi-Cloud AI Agents BootCamp | One multi-agent system with agents on Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud working together through A2A | You can design systems that span more than one cloud |
| AI Transformation for Business Leaders | An AI transformation playbook for a real or hypothetical use case, presented to a mock executive panel | You can make and defend an AI investment case |
| GenAI & Agentic AI for Solution Architects | An architecture package for a use case at your own company, covering design, security, cost, and rollout | You can design AI systems that survive review |
| GenAI & Agentic AI for Full Stack Developers | Fix a seeded bug and extend the feature you built during the course, plus a short test | You can use AI on real code and still catch what it gets wrong |
| GenAI & Agentic AI for Project & Program Management | Six working tools, from a charter generator to a weekly status report, built during the course | You can automate real project work |
How much you build live
In the bootcamps, capstones are built during the live sessions, so you have help when you’re stuck. The number varies with the length and goal of the program.
Extra capstone briefs available afterward are not counted

More isn’t automatically better. One end-to-end system you understand deeply can be worth more in an interview than several you rushed through. The number mostly reflects how broad the target role is.
What makes a capstone useful afterward
A capstone only helps your career if you can explain it. Whichever program you take, these are the things worth being able to answer about your final project:
| Question you’ll be asked | What a strong answer covers |
|---|---|
| Why did you design it this way? | The alternatives you considered and why you rejected them |
| How do you know it works? | How you tested or evaluated it, and its known weak spots |
| What would break first at scale? | Cost, latency, data volume, or a component you’d replace |
| Where does a person stay in the loop? | Which decisions the system makes alone and which it shouldn’t |
| What would you do differently? | An honest change, not a rewrite of the whole thing |
Why we don’t rely on written exams
Exams test whether you remember things. Capstones test whether you can do them, which is what an employer is paying for. Where a program has a test, such as the role-based courses or the AI and ML BootCamp, it sits alongside practical work rather than replacing it.
There’s a trade-off, and it’s fair to name it. Some employers give more weight to proctored certifications from cloud providers or industry bodies. Our cloud agent programs are aligned with Microsoft, AWS, and Google Cloud exams for exactly that reason, but our own certificates are completion certificates, not proctored exams.
