Three working tools: a project charter prompt builder, a work breakdown structure builder, and a change-impact checklist that writes your change request prompt. They work with any AI assistant, and they are built to make the output easy to check.

AI can draft a charter, a work breakdown structure or a change request in a minute. It will also invent a stakeholder, a date or a number with the same confidence. These tools give you a structured prompt that tells the AI to use only what you supply and to mark its own assumptions, and a short list of checks for the draft that comes back.
Fill in what you know. Leave blank what you do not: the prompt tells the AI to list missing information as open questions instead of guessing. Each prompt follows the same four parts: role, context, task and format.
Your own entries laid out as a charter, ready to print or to paste into your document. Compare the AI's draft against it.
Two parts. First, a prompt that asks the AI to break your scope into work packages with three-point estimates and dependencies. Second, an outline tool that numbers a WBS you write or paste in and exports it to CSV.
Type or paste one item per line. Indent a line with two spaces (or a tab) to make it a child of the line above. The tool numbers every item and lets you download the result.
Answer 24 questions about a proposed change. Yes means the change affects that point. The tool then lists what you flagged and what you are unsure of, and builds a prompt for a change request document.
Run these eight checks on anything the AI returns. You stay accountable for the document, whoever drafted it.
| Check | What to look for |
|---|---|
| Every fact is yours | Each name, date and number appears in what you supplied. Delete anything that does not. |
| Assumptions are labelled | Anything the AI filled in is marked "Assumption", and you have confirmed or removed it. |
| Estimates are ranges | A single precise number with no basis is a guess. Ask for low, likely and high. |
| Scope has not grown | The draft adds nothing you did not ask for, and nothing from your out-of-scope list. |
| Risks are specific | Each risk names something in this project. Generic risks ("scope creep") need a cause and an owner. |
| Dependencies are real | Each dependency is something you can confirm with a person or a plan. |
| The decision is yours | A recommendation is a draft. You decide, and you can explain why. |
| Data rules were followed | You pasted nothing your organisation does not allow into the AI tool. |
